Rules
One slot on the front page. It has a posted price. Pay it and the
slot is yours until someone pays the next price up.
This is not an auction
The price is fixed and shown before you pay. There is no timer, no bidding
war, and no way to lose money on an attempt. You pay a stated amount and you
own the slot immediately — every payment buys a definite thing.
If the page shows ₹149, that is what you pay and that is what you get.
The price
- The opening price is ₹49.
- Each takeover raises the price by 10%, or ₹20 — whichever is
larger. Below about ₹200 the flat ₹20 is the bigger of the two, so
that's what applies; above it, the percentage takes over.
- Prices are always whole rupees. The figure on the page is
exactly what you are charged — never a rounded version of it.
- The price only ever goes up within a season. It never falls because
someone left.
- The price shown on the page is the price you will be charged, unless you
already hold the slot's link — see below.
If you already paid, you only pay the difference
Raising your own listing costs the difference, not the full
price. If you paid ₹49 and the slot now costs ₹149, taking it back costs
₹100.
- You are identified by your link. Submit the same link
again and your credit applies automatically. The page shows the discount
before you open the payment window, so the amount never surprises you.
- Your credit is the highest price you already hold. So the total you have
paid always equals the price shown next to your name — ₹49 then ₹100 is ₹149,
and the page says ₹149. It is a real figure, not a discount dressed up.
- Nobody can take your position by paying your difference.
The credit belongs to the link, not to the rank. To anyone else the slot costs
full price.
- A listing with no link earns no credit — there is nothing
stable to tie it to. A name is just text anyone can retype.
- A raise is still a real payment, never free. The minimum charge is ₹1.
Claiming the slot
- A completed payment is what claims the slot. Filling in
the form reserves nothing.
- The most recently paid claim holds the slot. Not the
largest — the latest.
- Two people paying at the same moment are charged different prices, never
the same one. Whoever's payment clears second holds the slot, and the first
is not left having paid for nothing.
- Start a checkout and don't finish it, and the price you reserved is
released after 2 minutes, so an abandoned attempt doesn't
block the slot.
What you can put up
A name, one line of text, and one link. 40 characters for the name, 140 for
the line. The link is optional.
Any platform is fine. A company site, a product page,
YouTube, Instagram, X, GitHub, Substack, Spotify, your own domain, or nothing at
all. We don't care who hosts it. We care what it is.
What isn't allowed
Every listing is reviewed before payment. These are refused:
- Adult content — pornography, sexual content, escort or
sexual services, or links to adult platforms and accounts.
- Hate — slurs, or content demeaning people over religion,
caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality, or disability.
- Harassment — abuse, threats, or anything aimed at a
specific private person, including publishing their contact details, address,
or photographs. Criticising a company, product, or public figure is fine.
- Illegal — drugs, weapons, stolen goods or data, hacking
or account-selling services, gambling and betting services.
- Scams — phishing, fake giveaways, guaranteed-returns
schemes, malware, or a link that plainly isn't what the text claims.
- Impersonation — passing yourself off as a company,
public figure, or government body you don't represent.
Being blunt, self-promotional, tasteless, or funny at your own
expense is all fine. This list is about harm, not taste.
Links, precisely
- Link shorteners are not accepted. They hide where the
link goes, and can be re-pointed after review. Use the real URL.
- Tracking parameters are stripped. Everything after the
? comes off, so utm_source and friends don't reach
the page.
- Links that need a parameter to work keep it. A YouTube link keeps its
?v= video id and its ?t= timestamp, and loses the
rest.
- All links are served over
https, open in a new tab, and carry
nofollow — the slot buys you attention, not SEO.
The record
Everyone who has ever held the slot stays on the record permanently, with
what they paid and how many times their listing was seen. Nobody is
removed for being outbid. That archive is the part worth keeping.
A listing removed for breaking the rules above stays on the record as
[removed]. The row remains; the text and link stop being served.
Removal for breaking these rules does not come with a refund.
Supporting somebody else
Every live entry on the record has a Support button. Press it,
pay the posted price, and their listing goes back on the slot —
their name, their line, their link. Not yours. You do not appear on the slot at
all; the record simply shows that listing holding it again.
Three things to know before you do it:
- Support is always the full posted price. The
pay-only-the-difference rule above belongs to the person whose link it is,
coming back to their own listing. It is not transferable, so a supporter never
inherits somebody else's credit.
- You cannot change a word of it. The name, line and link
come from what was already published and reviewed. There is no field to edit,
which is also why a support purchase needs no second review.
- Removed listings cannot be supported. Anything taken down
for breaking these rules has no Support button and cannot be bought back onto
the front page by anyone.
There is no way to pay to have somebody taken off the
slot. The only thing money does here is put a listing up.
Seasons
When the price climbs out of reach, a new season starts: the ladder resets to
₹49 and the outgoing holder is retired into the record. Past seasons are
never deleted — a reset never makes what you bought worth less than what
you bought.
The numbers on the page
- Views counts page loads. Known crawlers are excluded, so
the number reflects people rather than bots.
- Seen N times on a listing is how often the page was loaded
while that listing held the slot. It is what you actually bought.
- Watching now is how many tabs have the page open in the
last few seconds.
All three are counted approximately and updated every few
seconds. They are honest figures, not audited ones — don't use them for anything
that has to balance.
Money
- Prices are in Indian rupees and payments are handled by Razorpay. We never
see your card or UPI details.
- Payments are not refundable. You are buying the slot at a
posted price and you get it immediately. Being outbid later is the mechanic
working, not a fault.
- If a payment is taken and the slot doesn't appear within a minute or two,
contact us — that's a bug on our side and we'll fix it.
- A listing refused during review is refused before any payment. We
never take money and then reject a listing.
