Refunds and Cancellation

Payments for the slot are final. Please read this before paying.

No refunds

We do not refund payments for the slot. Not on request, not on being outbid, not on removal, and not on the site changing or shutting down.

You are buying a slot at a price shown to you before you pay, and you receive it the moment the payment clears. Once the listing is live, the thing you paid for has been delivered.

Specifically, none of these is refundable

Being outbid. Someone paying the next price up is the mechanic working as described. There is no minimum time you hold the slot, and it can be taken seconds after you buy it.
Removal for breaking the rules. If your listing is removed, the payment stays with us.
Removal at our discretion. We may remove a listing at any time for any reason, and our decision is final. No refund follows.
Passing review and being removed later. The automated check before payment is a filter, not an approval. You can be removed after passing it. That is not grounds for a refund.
Fewer views than you hoped. View and visitor figures are approximate and never guaranteed.
The price, the rules, or the site changing. Including a season reset, or the site being taken offline or discontinued entirely.
Changing your mind. There is no cooling-off period on a listing that has gone live.

Cancellation

A listing cannot be cancelled once the payment has cleared — by then it is already live and already on the permanent record. You may of course stop paying to reclaim the slot at any time; there is nothing to cancel and no subscription. We charge once per takeover and never store your card or set up recurring payments.

An unfinished checkout costs nothing. If you close the payment window without paying, no charge is made and the price you had reserved is released after two minutes.

The one exception: a payment that delivered nothing

If money leaves your account and no listing appears — a duplicate charge, or a technical failure on our side — that is a fault, not a purchase, and we will refund it in full. Contact us with the Razorpay payment ID and the approximate time. Verified cases are refunded to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days once confirmed.

This exception covers technical failures only. It is not a route to a refund for any of the reasons listed above.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page removes rights you have under Indian law that cannot be contracted away. Where such a right applies, it applies regardless of what this page says.
